Cashbox is a peer-to-peer (P2P) payment platform that offers fast, secure, and convenient cross-border payment services. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Cashbox platform and the services provided through it. By using Cashbox, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
To use Cashbox, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your password secure. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify Cashbox immediately.
Cashbox enables users to send and receive cross-border payments. You understand that the services may be subject to various fees, including but not limited to transaction fees and currency exchange fees.
You agree not to use Cashbox for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. You also agree not to engage in behavior that could harm the reputation of Cashbox or its partners.
Cashbox provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cashbox makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of its services or the content on the platform. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
In no event shall Cashbox be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cashbox harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your use of the platform or any violation of this Agreement.
Cashbox reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Cashbox platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cashbox is incorporated (Montana), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement or relating to your use of Cashbox shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
